Team complete 3 Peaks Challenge
New Trustee Flo Osborne and her team of 8 friends succeeded in their fundraising challenge of the 3 peaks in June. They did it all for AGSD-UK but really in the name of her son Hugo who has GSD3.
Flo summed up her experience (via Facebook):
“Despite a few aches and pains – we celebrated last night! We wore our agsd-uk t-shirts and toasted the success of #hikingforhugo and doing the #3peakschallenge in under 24hrs (22hrs, 59 mins and 42 secs to be exact!!). We celebrated all our amazing family, friends, colleagues and wonderful students who have supported us the whole way with their love and literally 100’s of messages. I’ve read every single one, and laughed and cried at many – they kept the moral and determination high”
To date the team have raised an amazing total of £18686.68
