Annual reports and AGM minutes

As a registered charity the AGSD-UK reports annually to members at an Annual General Meeting. The annual report and the financial accounts are then filed with the Charity Commission. Now that we have converted to a company limited by guarantee, with effect from 2010/11 we will also be filing with Companies House.
